Alexandra Jones Coaching provides one-to-one coaching sessions for people wanting to improve their health and wellbeing and bring more positivity into their life.

 

Focusing on  both physical and emotional aspects of your life, I help you identify and work through challenging situations that are holding you back, and move forward towards where you would like to be.

 

Whether it's diet, exercise, self-esteem or just wanting to achieve more balance in life; by focusing on your strengths I will help you achieve the life you want.

 

Working in this way, I enable you to achieve your goals, and make meaningful and longer lasting changes to the way you live your life.

Why coaching?

As a Positive Psychology and Health and Wellbeing coach, my approach to coaching is to give you a safe, supportive space where you feel listened to, whilst providing tools and structure to guide you to make the life changes you want to achieve.

 

Coaching isn’t about telling what you do; you're the expert on you and most people know what they need, but perhaps just need a bit of extra help to get there.

For some, you may have a very specific need or goal for coaching; perhaps you want to take the next step in your career, it could be significant change in lifestyle for health reasons, or maybe there’s been a big change in your personal life and you need help navigating the next steps.

Maybe it’s something smaller; life is “ok” but you can’t help feeling you want more or that you could be happier. Perhaps you struggle with anxiety, low self-esteem, lack motivation, feel like everything always goes wrong for you or that you’re not making the most of your life.

Whatever you're struggling with, my approach to coaching and use of positive psychology will help gently guide you to where you want to be.
